Backend product sort order with different valued variants

Reported by Ben Andersen | March 24th, 2013 @ 06:28 AM

When sorting products that has variants by price in the backend it would be better to sort by the variant with the cheapest price at least when soring in ascending order. That way you would easily spot when you forgot to set a price on a variant.

This product has two variants with 0 price and one with 300:

It sorts as if it would have only 300:

I would expect it to sort on 0 first and only on 300 if there are other products with 0 as price.
